[All in one] Laila Khan declared shot dead by J&K police

Laila Khan, the Pakistani origin starlet, whose original name is Reshma Patel, was last seen in a movie 'Wafa' with Rajesh Khanna in 2008. She went missing in 2011 and the mystery of her disappearance was unfolded when Parvez Iqbal Tak admitted that she, her family and a friend were killed in February 2011 in Maharashtra.
"During the interrogation Tak has admitted that Laila, her mother, sister and a friend were killed in Maharashtra in February last year," said Gareeb Das, DIG (Doda-Ramban range ) of J&K police.
"Tak told us that gun shots were used in the killing. We have not found the bodies yet so we have to first get the bodies before reaching to any conclusion," he added.
Sources said Laila had become close to suspected Lashkar militant Tak through a Bangladesh-based terrorist Munir Khan, whom she allegedly married. Laila's role in Delhi high court blasts came into picture after reports suggested that a Mitsubishi Outlander which was in her mother's name, Saleena Patel, was used for ferrying the explosives.
