36 year old Chitrangada Singh has gone raunchy and sensuous with her hot Marathi item number in Shirish Kunder's forthcoming 'Joker'. The song is titled 'Kaafirana' and Shirish has himself worked on the lyrics of the song, but unfortunately some words went overboard and were charged of being offensive and vulgar.
As such, the makers of the film have changed the lyrics of the song "I want fakht you" to "I want just you" to avoid any unwanted controversies. However, the words 'Fakht You' mouthed by Chitrangada in the song are actually Marathi words which mean "only you".
"So everyone doesn't understand it. They can interpret it in some other way also. So, to save that situation, they (filmmakers) decided to go with 'Just you' and it is just as much fun, " explained Chitrangada adding, "Some people found it ('I want fakht you') offensive, but that is not the intention of the filmmakers at all. It is a family film and for kids."
Chitrangada's looks and sensuality in the song is being compared to that of Madhuri Dixit in 'Humko Aajkal Hai Intazaar' and Kareena Kapoor's 'Halkat jawani'. However, comparisons do not trouble her and she says, "Well, I think comparisons are inevitable. Whatever you do, you may dance like the other person or not, there are bound to be comparisons about whether you did good enough or you didn't do good enough. But I think it is great that this is the time for songs like this and I think we have a great number."
